We tried out windsurfing and diving, which were both exhilarating experiences. The mini golf course on site was also a hit with the kids, providing hours of fun competition. And after a day filled with activities, we danced the night away at the lively beachfront nightclub. A perfect way to unwind and create lasting memories!
My children wanted a kids' pool or water slides at the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the sea and within walking distance of the beach. Guests can enjoy the beautiful coastline and soak up the sun. Additionally, there is a popular pizzeria nearby, offering delicious options for dining.
Some guests have mentioned that the hotel's Wi-Fi signal can be poor in certain rooms and areas.

I recently stayed at Hotel De La Mer for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel has a cozy, intimate atmosphere that feels like a little family-owned establishment. It's conveniently located near the beach, and they even offer bicycle rentals, making it easy to explore the area. The beach is within walking distance, and there's also a bus stop to Perpignan just a few meters away. One of the highlights for me was the minibar in the room, which was a great convenience. Additionally, after I checked out and was waiting for the bus, Carla, the owner, offered me a free espresso, which was a lovely gesture. I had a fantastic stay and I'm grateful for the hospitality.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The room had stunning views of the Canigou mountain, which made waking up every morning a true pleasure. The large flat-screen TV with a DVD player in the room provided great entertainment options for those cozy nights in. The private bathroom was well-equipped with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries, making getting ready in the mornings convenient and hassle-free. The room had a comfortable tiled floor, which added to the overall cozy and inviting feel.
Personally, I found the Bluetooth speaker in the walk-in shower to be unnecessary and it didn't really enhance my shower experience.

The room I stayed in had amazing views of the Canigou mountain. It was breathtaking! The large flat-screen TV with a DVD player made it perfect for some relaxation time. I really liked the tiled floor in the room, it gave it a nice and clean feeling. The private entrance in the triple room was a big plus, it felt like our own little retreat. The air conditioning in the triple room kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the walk-in shower with Bluetooth speaker in the large bathroom.

I would definitely return to this welcoming and high-standard establishment.

The room I stayed in had an amazing view of the Canigou mountain, which made my mornings extra special. The large flat-screen TV with DVD player in the room allowed me to relax and enjoy some movies after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom with a walk-in shower was modern and equipped with a Bluetooth speaker, making my shower experience enjoyable.
Personally, I found the room a bit small, but I understand that others might still find it cozy and charming.

We had the best time with our friends, hitting up the local night club and trying out some serious windsurfing and diving. The hotel was a perfect base for our adventures, and the mini golf course nearby was a blast. The staff were super chill and made us feel welcome. It was definitely a trip to remember!
The only thing we wished for was a bigger selection of activities for young party-goers. While the windsurfing, diving, and night club were awesome, we would have loved to see more options to keep the party going.
